GLITCH IN THE CODE EP 9 - KATIE LAIN (SINCLAIR METHOD FOR ALCOHOLISM)

Its been an 11 year struggle for myself with Alcoholism and it has effected ALL area's of my life. I have had to leave jobs I loved, end relationships with good people and restart everything more times than I care to admit to, but will. Alcoholism can not only effect your life style but can obscure your entire perception of the world, leading your into the darkest corners of your mind and mental health.

There are many options for helping those who suffer from alcoholism including AA, Rehab and counselling but one of the least know methods is something called The Sinclair Method, which is also known as Pharmacological Extinction. This method is not only hard to come by, but barely any GP's in the UK known what this is.

For those who suffer the horrific fallouts of Alcoholism then this could be the method that might just give you the life you have always wanted to have, and even save your life.

KATIE LAIN

In this new podcast I speak with Katie Lain, who is the creator of Embody Daily and her Youtube Channel has helped thousands all over the world to discover The Sinclair Method. In this interview we talk about how the method works, how it is counter intuitive and works like back engineering the brain to what is known as 'Extinction'.

I am some one who has personally tried TSM and I know that it really does work. It can also work alongside AA and other methods, but this method really should be more widely available and known around the world.
